Your article is free for anyone, anywhere, to read and download, for good.

Standard publication
Your article is published after the same peer review, at no cost to you.

Open Access Plus APC
One price per article, whatever its length. Far below the international average of about US$1,000–2,000.
- The country tier follows the corresponding author’s institution, using the current World Bank income list.
- Students (as corresponding author, with proof of enrolment) get 50% off any price above.
- Ask for a discount or waiver when you submit. Fees and waivers are handled by our office and never affect the editorial decision — editors and reviewers do not see them.
- Some journals hosted for institutions or societies are free for authors because the host covers the cost; this is shown on the journal’s home page.
Universities, colleges and funders can prepay 10 Open Access Plus articles for their authors at 20% off: ₹60,000 or $1,600. Use them in any of our journals within two years; your authors simply name your institution when they submit.

Reading and access
Open Access articles are always free. For other articles, choose what suits you. Libraries register once and give access to all their users. All purchases stay available in your account.

Prices valid for articles accepted by 31 March 2027 and subject to change thereafter. The APC is shown on your acceptance letter; the price at submission applies.
About GST: no GST is charged on our services at present. If GST becomes applicable under government regulations in future, it will be added at the prevailing rate to invoices raised from that date, and we will tell you before you sign or pay.
