Since 2015, GATHA COGNITION has published peer-reviewed journals and books across the sciences, social sciences, humanities and languages. Every book goes through editorial review before acceptance, and every stage — editing, design, registration and distribution — is handled by our own team, on our own publishing platform.

Required Composition and the similarity (plagiarism) check are required for every book, and a book DOI for every eBook edition — so they are included in every package. Open Access books are published under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, and the copyright stays with the author. *From receipt of the final manuscript. Print upgrade: any Open Access eBook can be upgraded to a print edition later. For eBook Scholar it is ₹11,200 (offer price), adding the print ISBN, print-ready cover, 30 author copies and print sales channels. For other eBooks, the cost varies with the layout work required and is quoted individually.

From manuscript to published book
Manuscript requirements
- MS Word (.docx), Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing
- Clear heading levels (Chapter → 1.1 → 1.1.1), no manual page layout
- Figures as separate 300 dpi files with numbers, captions and sources
- Tables in editable form, not as images
- References in our house reference style (author–year) — or any one style used consistently, which we can convert
- Front matter: title page, preface, acknowledgements, a ~150-word blurb, author bio and photo
- Signed originality declaration and permissions for any third-party material
- Similarity index below 10% (excluding references)

Payment schedule
Bank transfer or UPI, against an invoice. No GST is charged. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Rights & royalty
Open Access books are published under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 and the copyright remains with the author. For print-only books, copyright of the published work rests with GATHA COGNITION. Royalty on print sales is set out in your publishing agreement.
Book distribution for publishers
Sell your books with us
For publishing houses and institutions with their own books: we list them on our online bookstore and take the payment; you keep your stock and dispatch each order. Commission on the book price only — shipping charges are 100% yours. No GST.

About GST: no GST is charged on our services at present. If GST becomes applicable under government regulations in future, it will be added at the prevailing rate to invoices raised from that date, and we will tell you before you sign or pay.
