Choose your plan
Prices per journal, per year, with no GST — in rupees for institutions in India and US dollars for institutions outside India. A one-time setup fee applies to every new journal (see below). Each journal is set up after a short review and a signed MOU.

“Per article” services are charged only for the articles you send us, at the prices below. “You publish” means your team prepares the final PDFs and we put them online with their metadata. Google Scholar decides what it lists; we make sure every article page carries the tags it reads.
Individual services
Setup and per-article prices
For any plan. Per-page prices are for the published article, so shorter papers cost less. No GST. Institutions outside India receive these prices in US dollars in their proposal.

Per article
Per issue
Two issues a year with 10 articles each (20 articles, up to 15 pages): ₹75,000 annual fee + 20 × ₹1,800 production = ₹1,11,000 for the year, with every article copyedited, typeset, proofread, registered with a DOI, checked for similarity and published. Plus ₹10,000 setup in the first year.

Your journal’s own fees
Example: a Full Publishing Partner journal with 20 articles a year costs about ₹5,550 per article. With an APC of ₹7,500 — the same as our own journals — you receive ₹6,375 per article, so with about 17 or more Open Access articles a year the journal covers its own costs.
We host peer-reviewed journals only, and every journal follows our publication ethics and AI use policy. Articles are normally published Open Access under a Creative Commons licence chosen by your journal.
How it works
From enquiry to your first issue
Payment
- Setup fee and annual fee on signing the MOU (the annual fee can be paid in two halves).
- Per-article services invoiced per issue, after publication.
- Bank transfer or UPI against an invoice; institutions outside India pay in US dollars by wire transfer or PayPal. No GST is charged.
Term
- One year, renewing each year unless either side gives 3 months’ notice.
- Prices are fixed for the year of your MOU.
- Several journals from one institution? Ask us about a combined price.

Prices valid for MOUs signed by 31 March 2027 and subject to change thereafter. Final scope and price are confirmed in your written proposal and MOU.
About GST: no GST is charged on our services at present. If GST becomes applicable under government regulations in future, it will be added at the prevailing rate to invoices raised from that date, and we will tell you before you sign or pay.
