How it works
- YouAskTell us the type and length of your text, its language and your deadline.
- WeQuoteThe suggested level, the price and the date it will be ready.
- WeEditTracked changes in your Word file, with queries in the margin.
- YouReviewAccept or reject each change and answer the queries; we clarify anything you ask.
How we edit
- Your meaning stays yours — we clarify the language, never the argument, data or results.
- Every change tracked — nothing is changed silently.
- One English, consistently — American, British or Indian, as you prefer.
- Other languages respected — quotations and terms in other languages are checked in their own language, never translated.
- Your headings kept — unless you ask us to change them.
- Confidential — your text is used only for your edit and is never shared or published.
Where editing applies
Frequently asked questions
What is a “page”?
About 250 words of text. We count the final manuscript’s words, so short articles cost less; the quote tells you the exact amount before we start.
Will you change my meaning?
No. We correct and clarify the language; we do not change your argument, data or conclusions. Every change is a tracked change you can accept or reject, and anything we are unsure about is asked as a query in the margin.
Which English do you use?
American, British or Indian English — whichever you use, consistently through the manuscript. Tell us if you have a preference.
Do you edit quotations in other languages?
We check them in their own language and never translate them or change their sense. Your headings stay as you wrote them unless you ask us to change them.
Can you style my references?
Yes. Reference styling puts every reference into our house style — or APA, Chicago or Harvard on request — and checks every citation against the reference list, for ₹2,000 per book or volume.
Does editing guarantee acceptance?
No. Editing improves the language and presentation; the editorial decision rests on the peer review of the research itself. Editing is handled by our production team, separately from the editors and reviewers.
Do you offer editing in Marathi or Hindi?
Yes, for books in Marathi and Hindi; the quote depends on the text. Translation between Marathi, Hindi and English is a separate service.
How do I ask for editing?
If you are publishing with us, ask for it when you submit or when your book is quoted. For journals we host, editing is a per-article service in the hosting plan. For anything else, write to us with the length and type of your text for a quote.
Ready for a clear manuscript?
Ask for a quote — tell us the length and type of your text.
